2025 Vegas Summit Recap

This past April, we had the incredible opportunity to bring together our Raine team and brokers from across the country for two unforgettable days of connection, collaboration, and innovation at the iconic Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas.

From start to finish, the Raine Summit was a true celebration of the people who make this community so special, and we couldn’t be more grateful to have shared this time with so many of you in person.

The weekend was filled with laughter, meaningful conversations, and those “aha!” moments that remind us why we do what we do. From interactive breakout sessions to the lively Q&A in the main ballroom, we loved seeing our brokers, area managers, project managers, and team members having a genuinely great time. After months of planning and preparation, hearing how impactful and enjoyable the Summit was made every moment worth it.

We set out to create a Summit that was not only educational but also energizing and interactive, with high-quality content and cuisine to match. We had so much important information to share about the HUD process, updates, and best practices, but we wanted to do it in a way that felt engaging and digestible, not overwhelming. Thus, the idea for the Summit was born. And what better place to host it than the Bellagio?

Day 1

Day 1 kicked off bright and early with registration at 8 a.m. We hit a few snags (as first-time events tend to have), but we were blown away by the grace, patience, and kindness of our attendees as we quickly worked through the issues. Once everyone was checked in, badges on, and notebooks in hand, the energy in the room was electric.

We opened with an inspiring keynote from our founder and executive, Machelle Redmond, followed by an insightful marketing session with Marcia Toms that gave everyone practical takeaways on how to better promote HUD homes.

Throughout the day, we heard from a variety of passionate speakers who shared deep knowledge and fresh perspectives. Each session offered something new, from compliance to creative strategy, and emphasized how we can all work together to foster stronger communities. The day ended on a high note with a lively Happy Hour (and yes, it definitely lived up to the name!).

Day 2

After such an impactful first day, we wondered if Day 2 could top it. Spoiler alert: it absolutely did. We started the morning with a delicious breakfast (and lots of coffee) in the beautiful Da Vinci Room. Fueled up and ready to go, we dove into a full schedule of sessions designed to equip and empower.

The morning began with some of the industry’s best: Dan Kubinski, Leeann Walker, and Crystal Shulz, who shared their top insights and strategies for successfully selling HUD homes. Their knowledge, passion, and transparency made for an invaluable conversation.

As the day continued, we heard from some of HUD’s most experienced and respected voices: brokers, area managers, project managers, and more, who offered diverse perspectives and real-world advice. These varying viewpoints helped deepen our understanding of familiar topics and sparked new ideas to bring back home.

A Heartfelt Thank You

To everyone who attended our first-ever Raine Summit: thank you. Your presence, engagement, and enthusiasm helped make it an overwhelming success. We were thrilled to finally put faces to names, share a few laughs, and build an even stronger sense of community together.

Here at Raine, we are proud to be your biggest cheerleaders. Your success is our mission, and events like this remind us just how powerful this network truly is. We can’t wait to see what all we will accomplish together.
